Important Notice
Pets are strictly not allowed. (No refunds will be given for violations, and guests will be asked to leave.)
If you request charcoal fire on the terrace grill at least 10 minutes before your meal, we will prepare it for you.
Charcoal fire request hours: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Personal use of barbecue grills with charcoal is strictly prohibited. Please request charcoal through the office to prevent fire hazards and grill damage.
Please be considerate and avoid loud noise to respect other guests.
Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. No refunds will be given if this policy is violated.
Please bring your own toothbrush and razor (personal hygiene items).
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to facilities during their stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas for non-smokers’ comfort.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy per room is not allowed.
For fire safety, bonfires, mosquito coils, grills, candles, and portable gas stoves are prohibited inside the rooms.
Cooking meat inside the rooms is strictly forbidden. Please use the terrace area for grilling to prevent fire hazards and to consider other guests regarding smoke and odors.
Refund Policy
To promote a fair reservation culture, our pension operates the following refund policy. Please review it carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date of use.
2. Cancellations made on the day of stay, even immediately after booking, are non-refundable.
3. Additional charges for extra guests or optional services are payable on-site and are not refundable.
4. Refund fees (based on room charges and date of cancellation):
* From the day of stay up to 3 days prior: No refund
* 5 days prior: 50% refund fee applied to room charges
* 7 days prior: 30% refund fee applied to room charges
* 10 days or more prior: 10% refund fee applied to room charges
